Jack is in the House!

Local polymer clay artist Desley Law has just launched her beautiful Jack In The Boxes. Desley was inspired by an old world toy and decided to create beautiful boxes with a twist. These are hand made by my husband and I with exquisite exteriors of polymer clay.  Polymer clay is very big in the United States and Australia has some of the finest artists around.

The intention of these were to have beautiful boxes that would make a special gift or conversation piece and as an added bonus have an old world toy included (Jack)!  It has an authentic crank handle music box inside that plays pop goes the weasel. We will also be launching through my website special edition boxes that will be themed. As these will be very detailed and we will only be releasing two per year. These will have a different type of tune that will put a smile on faces old and new. We did this to make them truly one off pieces so not to mass produce which make these great collector items. These boxes are made by hand here, in Eumundi  and are signed and plated with a certificate of authenticity. We have done many months of research and are quite confident that there are no others like this in the world and we want to launch them first here in Eumundi . Although these are not your normal pieces of Artwork they certainly are a work of art. Desley is a member of the Regional Arts of Australia and a regular at the Home Based Business Group of Noosa.
